Description: A traditional agreement where BTPS provides both a Listing Service for the price of one month's rent to find and qualify a tenant and an 8% - 10%/month management fee of the property through the duration of the lease agreement.  

 

Investor's Preferred

Description: includes all the services of Tenant by Tenant, but without the upfront Listing Fee in exchange for purchasing a long term property management agreement.  6, 4, and 2 year terms are available for as low as 4%.  This product is not available in all neighborhoods.  Click here for more product information.

Description: If you prefer to manager your own property and would like us to List Your Property for Rent, Find and Qualify a Tenant, here's the solution.  

 

Lease Renewal Discount 

BTPS Saves you money!  Unlike other managers who charge a full month's rent to write a new lease with the same tenant, BTPS offers a significant discount.  This does not apply if residents elect a month to month, but only if a new lease is written and/or termination date is extended.  25% or a minimum of $500
