Bell Tavern Property Services was established in 2005 when selling a property wasn't an option and good local property management support wasn't available for an absent landlord. Managing tenants, property maintenance, and understanding the real estate market at the time were all unknowns.
Since then, with multiple properties under both ownership and management, BTPS has evolved into an enterprise providing homeowners and landlords a range of options and solutions which the principals have experienced themselves first hand. By learning from the unexpected challenges and figuring out what contractors to use and not to use again, the principals transformed from homeowners into investors and now into a team of licensed and insured professionals. BTPS has retained it's focus and remained concentrated on the Downingtown, Exton, and Chester Springs townhome marketplace.
